Great for vegan gluten free baking
I bought these as a healthy nutritious replacement for eggs/gluten in my gluten-free, vegan baking and yes, it does the trick. I grind up some seeds, leave to soak in water and use it like that as a replacement for eggs... add some other things to build up a kind of biscuit/ scone mix.. still experimenting with coconut flour and ground flaxseeds too.Goes Well With:coconut flour, ground flaxseeds, baking powder and a bit of oil, salt and water.. then some baking.
