Chia Seeds
These chia seeds have a mild flavour, so they can be easily mixed into your food of choice for extra nutrition and texture, without affecting the taste. They are easy to stir into porridge without clumping together. The price is good for 300g, though I have seen cheaper in other stores.Goes Well With:Porridge/oats

I’m not a huge fan of protein power with milk (or a milk alternative) so I tried this out and it’s just like drinking squash! I also go for 400ml of water as I find it’s quite strong with one scoop of powder. Tastes so good! If you like peach squashes you’ll love this! Goes Well With:Water 400ml
