Pretty good snack
These are a great alternative to a cake or a biscuit and give a bit of a treat when flagging or pre-workout. The taste is almost as good as something full of sugar so you can have a bit of indulgence without regretting it afterwards. On my 2nd batch now!

My fave bars
Had to leave a review just to say how much I love these bars and basically live off of them. I have one for breakfast most days and always pop one in my bag in case I need a snack. I find them quite filling as well as tasting delicious. I wish they were slightly lower in calories or higher in protein for more justified stackability but as I often have for breakfast this isn't so much of an issue.
