How to make?

Simply add 100ml of boiling water to a bowl, then add 2/3 of a large scoop of Protein Jello Mix and whisk until the powder is full dissolved. Pour an additional 100ml cold water and mix again for approximately 30 seconds. Place in the fridge for one hour, grab a spoon and dig in!
