The EAA is a super-convenient formula, containing all nine of the essential amino acids, to make the ultimate intra-workout shake.
With 7g of Amino9®, comprising of 4.1g of the BCAA's leucine, isoleucine, and valine, these naturally occur in protein, which helps to build and repair new muscle1 — making sure your body’s prepared to tackle your next training session.
To help you get the most out of every session we’ve added 500mg of coconut water and 466mg of the advanced electrolytes sodium, potassium and magnesium. This will help you to keep your electrolyte balance in check during your workout,2 as we’ve added the essential salts that you lose through sweat.

I’ve never used bcas before, after doing some research and speaking to people I found this one on the market and thought I’ll give it a go. I wouldn’t be without it now I use it for every workout and find it really gives me natural energy I know longer have an afternoon dip, fantastic product.

Helped Massively With My Triathlon

Have found my recovery times have been better using this. Word of wisdom though use more water to mix with, the amount it says the taste is diabolical. Mix it with a litre works a treat no medicine taste. Also don't use the scoop it comes with as that scoop is actually 15gs Goes Well With:Water
