Comfy, but definitely not high support
This is quite a nice bra - the fabric is lovely & soft. Fit is quite good (I am a DD-E & bought a L), But it definitely doesn't provide the support required to keep the girls safe & sound for a run or any bouncing. I use it for weights, yoga, stretching. All in all, great value for money. Just don't necessarily expect to use it for high impact, particularly if you need some scaffolding-type support (as I do!).

Perfect sports bra
This is the most perfect pair of sports bra that I have ever owned. If you have trouble finding a sports bra that fits perfectly and is easy to undress after a sweaty workout, this is for you!
