To keep you fit and healthy, so that you can give your all, we’ve also added zinc which contributes to normal cognitive function3 and the normal function of the immune system.4
Our expert blend also includes 1000mg of lemon balm extract, 50mg of chamomile extract and 150mg of L-Theanine per serving, three popular ingredients in herbal sleep products.
