Helps weight training performance and recovery
I take 3 of these before I go to a gym class or have a weights session, and it really does seem like they help my performance as well as my recovery. I have been really pushing myself and setting new PBs without suffering (massively) for it the next day. My muscle aches are hugely reduced and, alongside an improved diet and exercise, I believe these have helped me in my body fat reduction of 12%. It's admittedly hard to know if these are solely responsible, as I have also been using the thermopure capsules and have hugely improved my diet and training regime, but I think it makes sense that these have helped my muscle recovery the most. Worth it

Hard work pays off!
Bought these just a few months ago to help with recovery, and I must say, I do feel as though I've felt a difference. Less muscle soreness and fatigue. I also feel like I've seen some more definition and growth. The tablet size is pretty large, so some may find it easier to take one at a time rather than as a handful. Goes Well With: A good diet, a good training regime and plenty of protein.

uncomfortable swallowing
I've used large EAA tablets from another brand but these are pretty much impossible to swallow on the first try. Averaging about three attempts until they finally go down in which time they start dissolving. No horrible taste though and it does means I'm taking in more water I suppose! A bit time consuming and uncomfortable though. Goes Well With: A bucket of water
