I love these I've got the red, purple and green ones, there good for stretching and exercise I also hang them from my pull-up bar for assisted pull-ups and kneeling crunches great product and good quality would definitely recommend

Overall good product. The elasticity of the band is durable and can be used with your workouts to add resistance - as the name states. It can also be used for warmups/stretching the muscles before exercising which really is beneficial. Would highly recommend to purchase :)

I use my bands time an time again an they are still going strong. I'm a PT an my clients love them they are very versatile an can be used anywhere including the office. Great for those who don't really like going gym but want to see results. Great value for money really can't find fault with them

This is a fantastic equipment that I now attach it to my weights all the time and also use it for various different purposes at home.I usually do neck training at the gym but ever since i purchased these bands.I am able to do it at home safely and conveniently.I do it simply by just tying my band to a table and put the band on my head and get to work.As mentioned earlier,I use it for various different purposes too but I am not going to mention all. This piece equipment has REVOLUTIONIZED my training and I have no regrets at all!
